INCOMPETANT ETHEKWINI MUNICIPALITY

I would like to lodge a complaint ABOUT the ethekwini municipality. 3 weeks ago they came to fix a leaking pipe, they destroyed my driveway and did not come back to finish the job. NOW THERES A BIG HOLE IN MY YARD. When it rains all the mud comes towards my house. For the past 3 weekes we've been phoning to find out when are they coming back to finish the job but they saying the job has not been alocated to anyone. The people working in the call centre are so incompetant, they dont know what they are doing. When you ask them a question they dont know how to answer or they cant help you. we are forced to park our cars on the road which is so narrow because other residents also use the road, and it is not safe. We cannot take our cars in our yard. The next step im taking is going to the media and complain about them. The government must do something about these incompetant workers. They want the votes but the workers are useless.
