I was insulted by the EThekwini electricity call centre agent

I called eThekwini municipality electricity departments and the call centre agent was rude he accused me of ******* connection. His name is Sthembiso and instead of attending to my complaint professional he said I am complaining because I don’t buy electricity I have ******* connection. He demanded that I give him the meter number which it’s outside of his job description and I refused. The basis of his allegations are unfounded and I request investigation for being insulted by this agent telling me that I have ******* connection when I spend so much money buying electricity. I don’t care about other arguments we had but being accused of theft is a terrible accusation and I want him to prove his allegations of ******* connection and I will take this further
