Horrible service from Durban electricity depot

<p>we had an electricity problem on Saturday 23/07/2016. The Durban electricity depot people where sent to help us. They guys came with no help instead they left saying they going to fetch a ladder and they never came back. One of the guy's name was Sthe, they were so unprofessional and **** to us. We were left in the dark and our Calls being ignored by them. I'm very disappointed with the service given by Durban central electricity depot. They need to train their employees. </p>
