HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have been calling into different departments and sending numerous emails . All I request for lights to be reconnected . Its been 4 days now - People have been coming out but they doing nothing . keep saying I need to request a special key and I have been doing that but with no luck . All those people that came out what did they report back . 4 people 4 days and still no lights . I have called *** *** , ***, ***,***. No one answers the last 2 numbers and to speak to someone I need to hold on at least 30 to 50 minutes or and then someone answers asks for the account number goes silent and call cuts . As government employees this is absolute bull**** . The department is quick to disconnect the electricity but is now giving us so much issues just to reconnect . EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICES . I think your should hire people that would actually make a difference and want to do they jobs . Clearly at this moment no one that works on these departments which numbers were provided for wants to work or even works .
