hopeless service

<p>I have been trying to get a rates clearance certificate from the municipality from October last year.</p> <p>My attorneys and I have tried calling various numbers on countless ocassions holding on for 15 - 20 mins at a time, only for the line to be cut or dropped. It is unbelievable that these systems are so inefficent and unproductive, when people are constantly being hired at the municipality.</p>
