HELP

Good day.

Last Friday (17/07/2020) I called you guys to report a leakage outside my property. There was a team that came through on Saturday stating they couldn’t do anything and they are going to send in another team. It is now Sunday (26/07/2020) NO ONE HAS COME BACK!! I’ve called 3 times since the first call, everytime I call it’s the same nonsense of “a team is going to come through”. Water is running into my yard since last Friday(17/07/2020) and the water rushes through even more faster than the previous day. Can you guys kindly do your job and send someone through! Water is getting wasted and my yard is a mess because of this situation. Reference number that was given to me is F200717/1445.
