Great Service

A huge shout out to Xolani Msimela from eThekwini Metro Billing Pinetown for his great service and compassion. Mrs Govender, an 80yr old lady has been trying to get her account emailed to her every month to avoid going and standing in ques to get her account in order to make payment. This has been going on for over a year. One call to Xolani and the problem was solved. An email address was attached to Mrs Govender's account and a copy sent to Mrs Govender, much to Mrs Govender's relief and appreciation. Thank you Xolani Msimela for going the extra mile to assist and relieve Mrs Govender of this problem. You are a star and deserve to be recognised for the great service you have provided.
