Great service by Mellissa

Went back to the library to collect the temporary cards. This is the Galleria branch in Durban. A lovely lady helped us. Mellisa. She was very thorough. She found only 2 cards, but when I asked her to check the originals my name was there. So the *********** man who took my ID last week had failed to enter my name on the register for a temporary card. The had lost my ID copy. He is the laziest person I have ever seen. Fortunately Mellisa was the exact opposite and quickly sprung into action to take my daughter's ID and did a temporary card there and then. Thank you Mellissa. No thanks to that man who didn't want to help and who lost all my documents. I wish they would acknowledge good service like that given by Mellissa who was patient and very helpful.
