Government services

Been trying to get through to the department everyday and still no one answers ,we need someone urgently to come and cut the grass in the park opposite our house. It's so frustrating has its grown so high and now there is people who is literally living in the bushes. It's not safe for us to even leave our yard or enter when coming from work because we never know who is watching us. I don't understand why the parks and gardens department stopped coming and doing their job . I have tried so many means to get ahold and sort this but I have no choice but to come on to hello Peter to address my issue . Really wonder if this will even knock some sense into people to do their job or answer the call .
