Faulty street lights pole no. 111 Curch Rd

On the verge of 48 Church Rd, Parkhill the street light has not been consistently for the last 4 years, despite numerous calla and references, to no avail. Technicians come out to repair, the lights works for not more than a few weeks. There is always a hint of of a donation to be paid to get assistance. We have given donations to no avail.
