The fault no *** was reported on 22 August 2015 to the call center.The street light on pole37 across 51 Venus Road Riet Rivier Verulam stopped working and was reported to the fault center to the Ethekwini municipality on 22<br> Aug 2015.After numerous calls to the call center,street lighting division on *** and speaking to Cindy at street lighting further fault reporting via email and another reference no *** ,emails to customer care and follow ups this has not been sorted out and poses high risks to safety as there have been burglaries and muggings of people recently.<br> <br>
