Falling on deaf ears

<p>Hi have phoned the municipality on several occasions with no actions taken place. i Have a sinkhole in front of my property that has gott worse to the point, we can no longer drive on that side of the road.One day someone is going to damage their vehicle of get hurt because of this. I have a reference number but after calling many times and spending hours on the phone on hold i only get told the matter is escalated or processes have changed but now all it sounds like is EXCUSES, EXCUSES and EXCUSES. My phonecall a few minutes ago had been cut of by after waiting on hold by a consultant named Sam, Do i pay rates for this service?Unbelieveable and sad. </p>
