Failure to follow up by Municipality

As a resident of Inanda glebe, street number 107622, we continuously reported sewer spillage from pipes that were damaged by A Storm a while back. I have reported more than 10 times and we have not be assisted in any way. This now making living conditions unhygienic and unhealthy as I myself have a new born baby. Kindly assist with not just following up but ACTION IS NEEDED URGENTLY AS WE NOW HAVE TO HAVE ALL WINDOWS AND ALL DOORS CLOSED FOR MIAT PARTS OF THE DAY. Ref is F191001/1540 Ref F190502/1275 .
