Excellent service from Thobeka Madiba at Customer care Services

What an amazing experience thanks to a very informative, passionate and helpful lady by the name of Thobeka Madiba. I had gone to the Electricity department yesterday 18th December 2019 to do an application to change the Meter. I wasnt fully aware if certain things which she took time to explain FULLY until I was 100% satisfied and understood. Thobeka is a very diligent employee who advises,serves the public and also ensures that all queries are attended to and all requested information by us customers is provided. She made the application process easy and efficient. She aleven provided information upon follow up in future. Thank you so much to Thobeka Madiba for practicing Batho pele principles with a SMILE.
