Excellent service from Andile Gule

<p>We had electricity problems on Saturday 23/17/2016 and had no power for 3 days. No one was able to help us until I spoke to Ethekwini municipality call center supervisor Andile Gule who was so helpful, showed care and concern. Andile Gule was very attentive and made sure our issue was resolved. I've never had such excellent service from a call center like this. Andile Gule's colleagues should look up to him as an example. Thank you so much to this gentleman</p>
