ETHEKWINI WATER - CONTRIBUTING TO CORONA VIRUS INCREASE

In a time of crisis whereby water is an essential need for this country in order to wash hands and keep clean and safe from the virus, our area of Oaklands in Verulam has not had water for the past 2 days. How do they expect us to take all these preventative measures when we dont even have a basic essential such as water. Upon speaking to 1 of the Consultants at the Ethekwini Call Centre, she made a statement that she has no water for the past 3 years and our problem is nothing.

It is before this whole virus that we have problems every single week with lack of water. We stay near the dam and yet other areas are far off, but always have available water. What are we paying for if we have problems every single week regarding this?
