Ethekwini wake up

No water for the past 5 hours. When I called the 24 hour emergency number, I get the voice message, " the number you have called is currently unavailable" what's the use calling it a 24 hour emergency number when we don't get through to them at all. We are currently experiencing load shedding and now no water. This is torture. And they are ever so ready to hit us with high municipal bills. Get competent people to take our calls. That's the least you can do.
