Ethekwini needs educated staff

Was knocked with a bill of R69 000.we have not defaulted on payments but according to Municipality they hv been estimating our bill for the last 6 months. We hv not been notified of this prior to receiving our current utility bill.my dad is ill and is unable to walk and is a pensioner living in a 1 bedroom council flat to be charged a ridiculous amount.ive consulted the municipal office in Phoenix who wer rude and absolutely useless.they did not help after me practically pleading for assistance especially that I'm not clued up with this process.i am now in search of assistance from local councillors.ethekwini have uneducated unprofessional arrogant employees who have no common decency for humankind but if something affects them then dey will strike March toytoi and destroy...wheres the justice for us
