Ethekwini municiplaity billing land only rings no answer

<p>I have tried calling ethekwini municipality for approximately 1 week and every day wait from 18-25 mins daily and still no answer to test this matter i even got my husband and collegues and guess what we all have the same experiences. So if we donot pay on time we in areaars even though we call and when we leave messages on the voice prompt there is no reply cant be 5 days to reply.Iam utterly disgusted as it happens every single month and when i called last month it took 3 days to get through when i ask about registering and emailing statement consultant advise network down so for the past 6 months i tried it has never worked.Its with sadness that i write cause these calls cost people alot of money ethekwini needs to fix this issue or employ more people cause there are many unhappy consumers facing this problem did they think of the poor people that has no money but waste on phone callsevery month</p>
