Ethekwini Municipality not repairing faulty Street Lights

To whom it may concern:

I called in on 02/06/20 to *** and reported faults that the street lights on my road are not working. I gave all the faulty street lights in detail with pole numbers.

Street lights on Hexham Road in Westham Phoenix, 4068 that are not working: Street pole 18 not working Street pole 19 missing Street pole 20 not working Street pole 21 not working Street pole 23 not working

I was given reference number 23024. Till current nothing has been done about these street lights. The road is in total blackout at night in a high crime rate area. I've sent an email as well to *** with no response at all from them. I tried numerous times again to the call centre with no success. The street lights are not working since they were upgrading the bulbs to LED which was from the beginning of this year. Service is terrible from the municipality. Hope someone reading this does something about it.
