ethekwini municipality is a joke & run by idiots

this is for all departments of ethekwini municipality electricity load shedding power don't come on after load shedding call center staff attitude is pathetic & they tell u it's reported at 04:30 the fault where is the fault when load shedding is from 04:00-06:00 what fault at 04:30 don't talk lies when u know ugot caught out then DSW I sent numerous emails to them about supply of refuse bags having not received bags for about 5 months but we pay for the service. they send emails to different departments & cc you but no idiot got answers in Bonela we have a councilor who don't reply to whatsapp messages but put his thumb up his bum & mind in neutral then we have a premiere zikelala who can't even speak the mother language of this world properly ENGLISH now how pathetic is that all in all the entire municipality department is a joke with idiots in high places coz in today's society it's not what u know it's who you know & how much it costs for me to get into the hot seat all boils down to ******* heads of departments. now enough is enough coz 1000's of people don't pay for services like water,lights etc & no body checks why coz I only report to duty to earn my salary & go home & **** the rest enough said now & I have a story to tell once upon a time a not very long time MP's & councilors went pass with *******ion & lies up their ass the wind blew north the wind blew south the wind blew the lies & *******ion from their ass to their mouth & minds
