ethekwini municipality is a joke & a three quarter

if there was a zero rating I'll give that I live in Bonela for 28 years & the electricity problems is persistent over & over again I'm typing while my call to call center is on speaker electricity went off at 13::00 hours & now is 13:55 my 1st call lasted 40 minutes someone pick up call & disconnected it same time & now I'm on the 17th minute what is the municipality is doing to improve the services on the 31st March & 1st April our water was shut off at exactly 15:00 & both days the call center said pipe burst in blinkbonne road & pump is faulty the both days the same problem at the same time now is that a toll story or co incidence coz the is a loaf of bull our government & municipality is failing us in all services water,electricity, hospitals & even unemployment centers the durban municipality is really ****ed up sorry about the language coz now is enough & we got a DA councilor whose another asshole please someone somewhere can u do something about these assholes the municipality employ coz they must employ people with merit not nephews & nieces & auntie uncle coz that how it is use flipping idiots who buy certificates our country is moving backwards not forward
