Absolute appalling service from Ethekwini Municipality. Water supply disconnected yesterday. Account fully settled yesterday. Proof of payment emailed to *** yesterday. Reconnections were called this morning to reconnect. All consultants promised reconnection would done by done by 19.30 this evening however nothing. Called a total of 11 times regarding a reconnection on ***. At 20.00 I was told the reconnection department is closed. I asked to speak a supervisor and the consultant cut the call. I have called back 3 times now asking for the supervisor with all consultants cutting the call. Pathetic service.
