eThekwini Municipality In Breach Of Contract

On the 21st Jan 2020 I sent all required paperwork via email to eThekwini Municipality to update my debit order details. It's now the 2nd of March 2020, and eThekwini Municipality still hasn't processed my debit order update, and despite me still paying my accounts manually, I'm getting threatened with legal action. I invite the opportunity to go to court eThekwini. You'll look very stupid in front of a judge when the evidence will clearly demonstrate your incompetence and inability to provide basic customer services and care. Shame on you. Your failure to follow through on your own prescribed processes is absolutely unprofessional and I demand that my matter receive due attention now.
