Ethekwini municipality electricity call Centre is ****ty

I came home from work around 5pm there was no power I thought it was load shedding and everyone saying the power has been off way before 5 and now it's half passed 8 and still nothing I have been calling ethekwini municipality electricity department for over an hour now using my airtime holding on while they play their ****ty music and when someone answers they put me on mute and carry on with their lives. We have no power here and we have a 4 month old baby that needs formula and you people don't give a **** and if kwa Mashu was a white area this would not be happening I am not happy about your call centre and my battery is about to die and I guess what I cannot charge my phone because you ****ers took the power
