Ethekwini Municipality(Electricity)

I am very disappointed with the Ethekwini municipality(Electricity department). I have been experiencing power loss in my house because of ******* connections of which the municipality is fully aware of and there is nothing they do about it. on the 28/11/2015 I reported the power loss and I was offered the reference number as: *** and they promised to send someone to sort the electricity but no one can we ended up sleeping in the dark. We then made a follow up on Sunday 29th they wanted to offer us knew reference I said no because they have sorted the current problem. Yesterday they sent someone who just turned on the site without touching anything and he said it is not safe for him the I must be in the dark again.I have a baby who still needs milk but I cannot prepare anything for her. have already lost my gate motor due to this power loss and our house is the only one that is getting affected while the municipality does not car. I am hurt with their POOR SERVICE and the are expecting to pay monthly bills.
