Ethekwini Municipality doesn't consider the less privileged

We had no electricity from 8am till 10pm last night. Electricity came back for only a few hours, then it went off again. I called the call centre, nobody is answering, they keep on saying that they have a high call volume. This is unacceptable as, we pay our rates and electricity. Our food as well, it will get rotten.
