eThekwini Municipality are ******* and are ******ing funds from people

For 2 months in a row I am being billed for estimated consumption when I have submitted my meter readings well before the cut off via the SMS service. Why isn't the reading being captured on time and I am being charged on the basis of estimates? This suits the ******* as I am now paying more based on estimates when I use less than what is estimated!! They are doing the same thing for meter readings for water!! Previously there were monthly readings now it's estimates!! Again ******ing funds from soft targets!! I demand an explanation regarding this trend and when will it be corrected. Sending emails to their email address revline is also fruitless and they provide useless services!
