To whom this will reach,

I am excruciatingly angry and dissatisfied with the service we’re getting from the Municipality Electricity department!!!. It's been 3 days with no Electricity in our section (Ntuzuma F) I've phoned numerous times, spoken to different switchboard who all give a reference number and a turnaround time of 2 to 48hrs. But It’s been 3 days and the issue hasn’t been resolved! Meat and other vegetables in the Fridge has developed a smell showing it’s starting to Rot but nobody cares because it’s a black community but am very disappointed by this because if this was in a white dominated area it would have been attended to immediately but because we live in a rural town where we have to wait for 3 or more days for our needs to be attended to whilst we voted and pay bills just like everyone else!!! This is BS !!!
