Ndm 16145 Monday 12:20 Why is our tax money been wasted by municipality employees in a parking lot at Midway Crossing Mall just sitting in the car with there aircon on for god knows how long when i got there to park the car was on and the aircon was in use i spent about 40-45 mins inside to run my errands when i came out the NP200 NDM 16145 was still running, even if they were waiting for some1 there simply in no sense in this be it they were waiting for there colleague of whatever the case maybe the two people inside were enjoying the perks of free petrol! I am a South African citize who pays tax I wont keep quite with such behaviour this is unacceptable Male driver wearing a yellow tshirt and a female is in a white tshirt
