EThekwini municipality

EThekwini municipality is the worst…the electricity department to be specific, I have been trying to load electricity the whole day with no successs…I tried loading the first numbers on the coupon, the meter box accepted, when I tried loading the second one in the morning till now it has not accepted and the most frustrating thing I have an infant and a toddler…I have been call municipality the whole day, no luck….
