I sold my house more than 3 months ago and not one person (besides a call centre) answers their phones to give me feedback on my account. I have tried calling 8 different numbers for about 3 weeks now and not one person has answered their line. This includes Supervisors. The call centre agents are unfortunately unable to assist me because my account has been closed and they no longer have access to my details. It is absolutely disgusting that a person is not able to get through via telephone. I have also tried sending emails which don't get rep**** to.
