Several telephone calls pertaining to pensioners rates rebate forms emailed twice. When diverted to the person dealing with Queensburgh area, no answers on the extension.

Rates bill received and no rebate given.

Presently two months rebate is applicable on the account.

I am frustrated and annoyed.
