Ethekwini electricity service racially dependent

we have been sitting with no electricity since yesterday 2018/11/06 at 9am,we called ethekwini electricity numerous times with no luck only being told it will be sorted in 24hrs.I'm ****ed because when they deal with black/african communities they use the 24 or 48hrs card on you but when they deal with white communities,they fix the problem immediately.I have witness this numerous times, my food in my fridge is starting to rot.will they replace it?or hell no, they will tell you a lot of things but will never replace what you have lost.this is a joke mind you our account is paid and up to date but I'm the only house without electricity.account no. ********** 1080.
