Ethekwini Electricity Failure to Deliver Service

Since Friday morning we've logged a call with the department Ethekwini Electricity to have our prepaid meter sorted because it is showing Error 30/31 & tonight it's Saturday night & the issue hasn't been attended to.

The departments employees are not very helpful, not polite to the customers, the call center lady named Jenna was not helpful at all, the lady who attempted to come out named Dimples calls at midnight when everyone is sleeping and considers that as customer service when the issue is not sorted, never mind attend to the fault yet we paying for this service, it's not free. I wonder if all customer living in high class residential areas are treated this way

The service is pathetic, call center lady named Jenna very rude & impatient & unhelpful. On Saturday this call center number (***) no one attends to this number. absolutely poor service delivery
