Hi, I have bee diligently giving my electricity reading via sms and email monthly for the past three months but still this hasn't been captured. When I try to call - I spend long hours waiting and they keep cutting me off. nobody there wants to takes calls either. Can my reading please please captured timeously as its ridiculously high.
