I have emailed you. Called you Facebookd you pleaded for 7 days since our cables were broken or ******... All you do is put me on hold or give me references day after day while I phone you say technicians were sent out we at home all day we clearly see who is fixing what nobody is.... The only white van comes pass does not even get out to look at the problem and then hears what we say about not having lights for 1 week says yes yes drives away.... Not to be seen we having no food or our meds cannot be kept cool.... In 2019. Damnn is shameful that we asking for what we need and your services are pathetic....
