Ethekweni municipality water department

The Ethekweni app to submit electricity and water meter readings is not working.

I sent emails to EServices and Cservices and every other email I could find because we have our account working perfectly, so dont want to revert to estimated readings on our account.

All you get from disgusting water department is...you can no longer submit readingbon this email AND on whatsapp.. you can no longer submit readings via this whatsapp (worst is!! supposedly the most current number).

Electricity department ARE WONDERFUL..so many contacted me to assist... even their managers ! So grateful to everyone of them.

Water department were sent the same email and not one person from that department has responded to my email...managers haven't forwarded to there staff (as electricity managers did) Just shows you type of staff you hv working in the different departments.
