Ethekweni municipality are ****ing *******

These ****s ... sent me a bill or 20k for electricity and 7k for water... *** IS THIS **** ????? it's time these *******s stop ****in *****ing money and run the municipality properly... apartheid was much better... non of this **** happened then... these ****s dont know their jobs ...cant read...basically they are a bunch of useless ****ing *******.
