Etekweni can't settle our account

Dear all Please be very careful when closing your Etekweni water and lights.We have left Durban 4 months ago and still Etekweni cannot settle our account. 8 months before we sold our water meter was leaking , they took UT out and replaced it with a connection fitting.we believe they only put a meter in 18th of August some time after we moved. These people are ****** rude and clearly have no direction on how to resolve thus. The papers alluded to the fact that Etekweni was in 1billion Rand debt in one month. I think they will hold back this money of ours to out towards the debt. Keep readings keep pictures. Disengenous bunch
