Endless Outages

Since the replacement of the new pole outside my Guest House I have had endless outages. I am told I am using to much power 3 Phase- All the lights have have been replaced with LED's and 3 independent Electricians have verified this as incorrect. They have replaced the circuit breaker on the pole with a solid 3 phase and therefore when there is fault on the 1 phase all three go down . The circuit breaker (second hand) which is now in the outside has been tied together with insulation tape. The main box on the pole has not even been closed properly and when it rains must cause a short. When logging a call and then following up you get different answers ...we will wait for the next shift at 6h00 when phoning again ...no we will only give it out at 7h30 etc When speaking to Jan de Beer it is well you must log a call and \YOU ARE USING TO MUCH ELECTRICITY"...AS STATED ABOVE THIS IS NOT THE CASE...HE IS NOT INTERESTED?<br> <br> i run a business and it is i could not care attitude and passing the buck"""
