Electricity registration and theft izinyoka

I'm from verulam emhlasini we do not have legal electricity supply everywhere we go for registration we are told to refer to verulam sizakala office and when we there no one is willing to assist the entire emhlasini community is connecting electricity ******* it is not safe and also not fare being a citizen and have no legal right to electricity we might even lose life during the connection process.
