Electricity Bill Horror

<p>i am astound by the electricity bill that i pay every month. The estimated consumption these guys use it not proper at all. i move in a flat one day bill is R79.00. and this bill seems to be R79.00 more every month, you call them no one can assit mxm. what is wrong with our public services. i mean i am always travelling which means i am hardly in my flat using electricity but evey month it goes up. Please clarity with this nonsense thing of estimated consuption.</p>
