Electricith out for 10 hours!

We had load shedding scheduled for 00:00 - 02:00. The electricity is yet to come back on. It is already 10:15 as I type this out. I have tried to phone, the call keeps getting cut, I have waited on the line for mins on end for the call to just go blank. We are in block 5. We have load shedding scheduled again for 16:00 to 18:00. My 81 year old grandfather has his medication in the fridge, everything is wet and rainy. Can we please have our damn electricity put back on. I mean come on, 10 damn hours without electricity. A call centre line that is constantly cut!
