Durban transport incorrect fares

Durban transport drivers have now resorted to robbing people by charging them the incorrect fare. I usually pay R12.50 but this morning the driver charged ne R14 and refused to correct himself. He had a terrible attitude and drove so carelessly. This driver should be removed from his job as he could be robbing other people as well. It dissappointing how such dishonest and reckless people can be employed.
