Durban electricity

Last Friday we had a power failure,we call municipality but electricity was only restored Sunday afternoon.yesterday around 16:45 samething power went off we been calling with no luck up until now we don't have electricity.if you lucky they answer tjhey tell you technicians work from 8 to 16:30.i am wondering if they ain't standby technicians.
