DUMPSITE OUTSIDE MY HOUSE

<br> I am absolutely disgusted and annoyed with the Ethekwini Municipality regarding the verge outside my house. I had to get a refuse company yet again to remove and dump the dirt that actually piled until my family and I could not stand it anymore, this happened on numerous occasions. This is rapidly becoming a health hazard, and an endanger especially when we have little kids running around our yard, god knows what kind of creatures are living in that dump. I really don't find it fitting that I should incur these unnecessary expenses when I also have my own yard to maintain. The municipality is definitely not cleaning and maintaining the area like they supposed to. The thing is that the municipality recently added pavements on our road but did not tar the verge as well (why couldn't this be done at that time to eliminate this problem, it was a small area?). I now experience a problem where my precast wall is collapsing because of the heavy rocks that has been dumped against it. People come to dump all sorts of dirt from all over the place, with stuff like used baby diapers, old food, fish scales, alcohol bottles, cardboard boxes, glass pieces etc.
