Dont have electricity

They stole the cable that supply electricity to our neighbourhood, that was Tuesday (26/01/2016) night. We reported the matter to the municipality but up until now they have not came to fix the cables. We call them almost everyday but with no help from them. They just tell us that electricians are being attacked when doing faults , but why don't they come with security, policy etc.. we have been struggling ,we have small kids that need warm water to bath. We are really not coping.
