Disgusting Service from EThekwini Municipality

logged a power outage at eThekwini call centre at 23h00 on Thursday evening. It's Saturday morning and I'm still in the dark. I called their call centre and held the line for 45mins without an answer. Yet they are very quick to disconnect. #poorservice Was given reference number ********** and that was it. Yet we pay rates , water and lights which don't come cheap.
