Disgusting service delivery from our municipality

Good day. Please could you help me understand why it takes over a month for my Conveyancing firm to get rates figure for a transfer. we are emigrating and this level of service delivery is not acceptable even by 3rd world standards. I also see you never respond to complaints either. Hopefully you will take action this time.
